ABOUT
Our Practice
Clarté Wellness was founded with the vision of providing inclusive, affirming mental health care for adults navigating complex life challenges. We specialize in working with adults and couples—particularly those navigating cultural dissonance in relationships, multicultural identities, or immigration-related stressors. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship concerns, our goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.

Our practice values confidentiality, respect, and empathy, ensuring a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

Clarté Wellness Mission
Our goal is to provide thoughtful, strengths-based therapy and objective immigration evaluations that promote clarity, healing, and growth for individuals and couples navigating life transitions, identity, and cultural complexities.

Together, we will focus on building your strengths, exploring your story, and identifying tools to help you thrive—emotionally, relationally, and culturally.
