Refund Policy

At Clarté Wellness, we strive to provide high-quality, professional mental health services with integrity and care. Please review our refund policy carefully.

Therapy Sessions
• All therapy session fees are non-refundable once a session has been completed.
• Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations are subject to a $50 fee.

Immigration Evaluations
Due to the time-intensive and specialized nature of immigration evaluations, the following refund policy applies:

  • Completed Evaluations: Once the full evaluation process (interviews, report writing, coordination with attorneys, etc.) has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

  • Evaluation Discontinued After 2–3 Sessions: If 2 or more sessions (totaling the full clinical interview) have been completed and the evaluation is no longer needed, the initial deposit of $500 is non-refundable, but the client will not be required to pay the remaining balance.

  • Evaluation Discontinued After 1 Session: If only 1 session has been completed and the evaluation is canceled, the client will be responsible for a $150 payment to compensate for the clinician’s time.

  • Clinician Unable to Complete: If I am unable to complete the evaluation due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

  • Expedited Evaluations: The $500 expedited fee must be paid upfront. If I am unable to complete the report within 1 week of the final session (due to my own availability), the expedited fee will be refunded. Expedited requests are accepted based on current scheduling capacity.
